Show stopping style at KBB 2008


No longer the ‘Sleeping Giant’ of the industry as Mayfair Taps and Showers stamped its position in the market when unveiling its best ever stand at KBB 2008.

All the hard planning and organisation for KBB proved to be just the ticket when the largest number of leads and orders were taken on the stand.

Mayfair successfully launched 4 new bathroom tap ranges as part of its new trends collection and a new range of showers that will complement the Mayfair portfolio. In addition to this they stormed the brassware market with 7 more concept ranges illustrating Mayfair’s manufacturing and supply capabilities.

Not stopping there, new thermostatic shower options were also on show and this section was the centrepiece of the stand.

Sarah Wharton, Marketing Manager at Mayfair said “Following feedback from the show, we will be developing and launching 5 of the newly shown concept ranges this autumn and three of new showers ranges to suit our most popular ranges in summer 2008”.

The style and design of the Mayfair stand was described by visitors to the stand as having a ‘European feel’ with clean flowing lines, allowing easy viewing of the product and bringing a ‘wow’ factor to our taps and showers.

Since the re-launch of the Mayfair brand in March 2007 there has been major investment into sales and marketing materials, new product development and expansion of the Mayfair team. KBB 2008 was hailed the ‘Grande Finale’ in this first stage of development. Andrew Green, Managing Director at Mayfair said “We are delighted with the success of the brand at KBB this year and look forward to reaping further rewards as we go forward over the next few years.”
