We benefit from having our own factories, meaning that we have tight control over our supply chain and quality control sectors, insuring that the highest quality products reach our customers.

 

Ordering

To place an order please fax to 01977 683 359 or email sales@mayfairtapsandshowers.com or you can call the sales office on 01977 685 770, Our sales office is open from Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. We also offer fast free delivery on all orders over the value of £60.

If your order is under the value of £60, a £5 delivery charge will apply.

 

Delivery & Lead Times

Having a 20,000 sq ft distribution centre and head office means we can hold 6 weeks of stock and have the ability to deliver the majority of our orders the next working day providing they are placed before 2pm. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

 

 

Returns

 

Goods may only be returned for credit by prior arrangement when you follow our standard returns procedure. A Mayfair returns note must be provided, clearly stating which goods are being returned and the reasons for return.

Collections will be arranged within 7 working days on receiving the fully completed returns authorisation sheet. All unauthorised returns will be refused by our goods in department.

If you wish to return good stock then a 20% restocking charge will be issued. Please note that all goods no longer required or surplus to requirements must be in perfect re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Damaged good will not be accepted.

No goods will be accepted for return more than 3 months after the delivery date unless found to be faulty.

If the goods are not available when we attempt collection, a charge of £10 will be made to re-collect.

Guarantee

 

We stand by our products therefore all taps are guaranteed against defect in manufacture for 15 years. **This includes 1 year on working parts and labour.

Our Thermostatic Showers benefit from a 5 year guarantee. ** This includes 1 year working parts and labour.

 

**Should any part prove faulty, simply return it to us with proof of purchase and we will send you the replacement part free of charge. Please contact our customer care team on 01977 686 560 for more assistance. If for any reason proof of purchase cannot be provided then our spare parts may be available to purchase. Please call for further details.

 

The guarantee does not cover products which have been wrongly installed or misused in any way.
